These terms describe how WorldStage operates as a ticket resale marketplace and what to expect when you use our platform.
WorldStage is operated by UAP Executive Partners (Company No. FC019473) and is not affiliated with FIFA or any official rights holder.
All card payments are processed through Stripe. Your payment details never touch our servers.
These Terms apply internationally. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your jurisdiction, those rights remain unaffected.
By accessing or using WorldStage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
WorldStage is operated by UAP Executive Partners (Company No. FC019473) as an independent ticket facilitation platform for live events and related support services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with any event organiser, venue, team, competition, or rights holder. Tickets sold through WorldStage may be priced above or below face value based on market demand.
All ticket listings on WorldStage represent verified inventory from our supplier network. Ticket availability and pricing are subject to change until your order is confirmed.
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the tickets at the listed price. Prices may be displayed in your selected currency for convenience. Final transaction values may vary slightly based on exchange rates and payment provider processing.
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. WorldStage does not store, process, or have access to your full card details. Your payment is only considered complete when confirmed by our payment processor.
We may apply fraud prevention, compliance, and verification checks before, during, or after payment processing. Cryptocurrency payments are subject to separate handling instructions communicated during the transaction.
Tickets are delivered in accordance with event-specific release schedules and supplier transfer availability. In most cases, tickets are issued electronically within 7 to 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.
For certain events, tickets may be released closer to the event date where organiser-controlled distribution systems apply. Customers receive confirmation immediately after purchase and are notified when tickets are ready.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and Buyer Guarantee. If your event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund.
For postponed or rescheduled events, tickets typically remain valid for the new date unless replacement tickets are required. Where fulfilment is affected, remedies may include replacement tickets or a refund depending on the circumstances and our supplier obligations.
These Terms apply internationally. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your jurisdiction, those rights remain unaffected.
