Every ticket purchase is backed by the WorldStage Buyer Guarantee. Valid tickets, on-time delivery, or your money back.

Guaranteed delivery

Your tickets will be delivered in time for the event through FIFA's official transfer system.

Valid entry

Your tickets will provide valid entry to the event at the venue.

Full coverage

If anything goes wrong, we make it right with comparable tickets, a full refund, or credit.

Our guarantee

We want every buyer to purchase with confidence. With each qualified order, WorldStage works to ensure that your tickets will be delivered in time for the event, provide valid entry, and match what you ordered.

If any of these things do not occur, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue by providing comparable or better tickets, a full refund of the purchase price, or a credit toward a future purchase.

What is covered

The WorldStage Buyer Guarantee covers the following situations:

  • Tickets not delivered before the event starts
  • Tickets that do not grant valid entry at the venue
  • Tickets that differ from what was listed at the time of purchase
  • Events cancelled without rescheduling

Cancellations and postponements

If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, WorldStage will provide a full refund of the purchase price or, at your option, a credit for use on a future purchase. We will notify you of the cancellation and provide instructions.

Contingent games that are not played due to a team's elimination are treated as cancelled events and are eligible for a full refund or credit.

If an event is postponed, your tickets are valid for the rescheduled date. If replacement tickets are required, WorldStage will work to obtain them for you. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you are encouraged to list your tickets for resale on WorldStage.

Other terms

To receive the full benefit of this guarantee, you must comply with our Terms of Service and contact WorldStage promptly if you become aware of any issue with your tickets.

Certain venues and events may impose entry restrictions unrelated to ticket validity, such as prohibited items or credential requirements. The Buyer Guarantee does not cover denial of entry due to factors outside of ticket validity.
